"Environment: The bamboo villa is very unique, with a natural and elegant environment and lush greenery. The only drawback is that there are too many wild dogs, and they bark when they see people, which is very scary.
Service: The waiters are very friendly, but it would be better if they could help deliver the luggage to the room. It is still very difficult to find the room by dragging the luggage by myself, and the room number is on the door lock, and it took a long time to find it.
Hygiene: Maybe because it is more primitive, the sanitation of the room is not very ideal. I saw gecko feces and ants on the sheets, but it may be unavoidable in this more natural environment.
Facilities: The biggest complaint is that there is no wifi in the room, and the mobile phone signal is very poor and it is almost impossible to surf the Internet. It is a bit unacceptable for mobile phone users. If you want to surf the Internet, you have to stay in the lobby all the time. The water heater is not very powerful, and the water is cold when the temperature is turned to the maximum.
Dining: Dinner and breakfast are both buffets. The green drink at dinner is very delicious. I drank seven or eight cups in total. I strongly recommend it."

GGuest UserThe hotel hardware is all correct but staff is a bit lacking. We had a super late check in. The first night we stay on first floor only hear the furniture dragging around from mid night till early morning. Hotel manager cannot explain but they found me another room. I suspect noise is from casino platinum club. Don't get me wrong. The staff are helpful trying their very best but hotel is just short of manpower in peak season in terms of housekeeping. We stayed in Junior Suite. We had breakfast but food doesn't match up to a five stars hotel. I supposed it is hard to get staff to work in Genting highland. Until we checked out. I dunno how the Crockford exterior looks like and it remains as a mystery. Renovation is on going so one has to be careful to pick the right room. We pay a lot for two nights of stay. Late check in and early check out that actually make us lose out quite a fair bit. Shuttle bus is provided to Genting Grand but we figured a lot of outsider are using that service without approval because driver won't check and the bell boy also care less. That is what I mean by hardware is right but staff are not quite right. Hotel staff also can hop in for a free ride without queuing. I doubt if anyone really care.

SStanley.TThis is my first time staying at Resorts World Awana. I booked a double queen room with bunk beds. The room was clean and spacious. The toilet is a bit small but sufficient.
Location is great, just across the road from the Genting Premium Outlet and around 7 minutes drive from Gohtong Jaya, where lots of restaurants are located.
Breakfast wasn't good. Can skip. However, Ayu Awana, the restaurant beside the pool, served yummy and tasty food at reasonable prices. The 8 hours smoked beef sandwich with sourdough was delicious. The only downside was the price of the beers, which were on the high side.
Overall, it's a nice hotel.
Join the nature trail hike for an adventurous experience. Wonderful and knowledgeable guide.

VVVDLocation was really convenient for those visiting and enjoying the theme parks.
Thanks to Karan (housekeeping) who ensured our room was clean and tidy with necessary supplies replenished. He was quite polite, kind and punctual.
Front desk service was average with apparently low manpower as the request made via calls were answered after long time.
Hotel amenities were average but it matters only if you stay in hotel throughout. For us we spent most of our day at theme parks.
The valley view with a balcony in our room made our stay more memorable.

AAsputia(+) The check-in process is quiet fast. Need to deposit RM200 in cash. The room is spacious, and the kitchen set is super complete. Location is not too far from Genting Skyworlds, 10 mins driving. Surrounded by many food, stores n supermarket, and they're open until midnite.
(-) We cannot drop-off at the main lobby, so we need to get a short walk. The room smell is not too good, especially the bathroom (don't know why), so better always turn on the AC to help minimize the smell and buy some air freshener if possible. The furniture n interior lack of maintenance. No water supplies at all. Grab Car sometimes are very hard to find, but u can also try In-Drive.

AAnonymous UserThe road to Wyndham Ion is about 30 minutes from GHPO. As someone who gets dizzy easily on winding roads, the journey was a bit uncomfortable. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the stunning views, excellent facilities, and friendly staff. There's easy access to Hard Rock Hotel via the M2 lift, and both the indoor playground pool and heated pool were fantastic. If you stay here, don't miss visiting the Hard Rock Café and rooftop. The view from the highest altitude is truly breathtaking. I also love booking through Trip.com as it consistently offers the best prices compared to other websites.

BBasil zhuang zhenOff-side from everything else so it's a little troublesome to travel around. A little troublesome getting around in the hotel. If you're unlucky, the hotel lobby, hotel room and carpark is all 3 different tower so you will need to walk around up and down to get to it. The room is pretty much clean with water,fridge,tea,dental kit,vanity kit etc. jus that they should actually have soap+shampoo.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Genting First World Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to attractions, shops, and restaurants within the Genting Highlands area. The hotel lobby is spacious and check-in was smooth, especially with the self-service kiosks. The room was compact but clean and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The view from the window was amazing, especially with the surrounding mist and mountains. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall experience was very convenient and enjoyable. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!
